Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have [7] days after receiving your item to request a return.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-7] business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.

4. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
